1. General Terms

1.1 These terms apply to all services provided by Revive And Shine Detailing Stoke-on-Trent.

1.2 By booking a service, you confirm that you have legal right to authorise work on the vehicle.

1.3 I reserve the right to refuse service at my discretion.

 

2. Services

2.1 My services include mobile valeting & detailing as described on my website or in communication during booking.

2.2 Service times are estimates only & vary based on the condition of the vehicle & external factors such as, weather, access to the vehicles etc. 

2.3 I will do my best to meet specific customer requests, but no guarantees are provided beyond the agreed service description.

 

3. Booking & Cancellation

3.1 Bookings can be made by phone, via email or via messenger on my Facebook page 'Revive And Shine Detailing Stoke-on-Trent' confirmation of the booking will be provided.

3.2 Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booking will not incur a fee.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a charge depending on the reason, genuine emergencies won't incur a charge. 

 

4. Customer Obligations

4.1 The vehicle must be in a safe and accessible location for the service to be carried out.

4.2 Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings from the vehicle before the service.

4.3 I am not liable for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

 

5. Payment

5.1 Payment is due upon completion

5.2 I accept payment by cash or bank transfer.

 

6. Liability & Damage

6.1 I will take all reasonable precautions to avoid damage to your vehicle.

6.2 Revive And Shine Detailing Stoke-on-Trent is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage or defects
•  Wear or tear resulting from regular use or neglect
•  Damage caused by poor condition of paintwork or surfaces, such as rust, peeling clear coat etc.

 

7. Weather & Rescheduling 

7.1 All services are weather dependent. I may need to reschedule appointments due to adverse weather conditions that would affect the quality of service or safety.

7.2 I will provide as much notice if rescheduling is necessary. 

 

8. Privacy & Data Protection

8.1 I will respect your privacy & comply with all applicable data protection laws.

8.2 Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing services & managing bookings.

 

9. Changes to Terms

9.1 Revive And Shine Detailing Stoke-on-Trent reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

9.2 Updates will be communicated through all socials, website or directly to customers.
